Labour Right Activist Nodeep Kaur grants bills on Friday by the prison Punjab and Haryana High Court in an attempt to murder case. She has been arrested on 12 January in a Karnal jail in Haryana. She was granted bail to Nodeep Kaur for more than six weeks for questioning an industrial unit in Sonipat Haryana and demanding money from the company.
According to sources, Nodeep was protesting near the Singhu border, where thousands of farmers were protesting against the Centre’s controversial farm laws. Kaur also gave a speech on the Sindhu border.
Meena Harris claimed that Nodeep Kaur was being “tortured and sexually abused” in police custody. She also raised the issue that Kaur had been in custody for the last 20 days but now she released from the High Court order.

Nodeep Kaur and Disha Ravi, young female activists jailed for supporting the farmer protests in India, were granted bail. I want to believe it's in part because so many people spoke out against the government's silencing dissent. Please stay loud — this fight is far from over.
