Among the many movie announcements we’ve been eagerly waiting for, Challa Mud Ke Nahi Aaya didn’t make the cut, and why not? This film is the directorial debut of our most beloved singer-actor Amarinder Gill.
Well, the makers recently released the teaser here, without further ado, we will share what we have seen so far.
In the 43-second teaser, what immediately caught our attention was the voice that narrated the opening story. dialogue,“Punjab diyan maanvan nu ya tan shaheed miley ae ya fer pardesi…putt te kadi naseeb hi nahin hoye”, hmmm…deep!!
It clearly indicates that Challa Mud Ke Nahi Aaya, is going to represent the pain and agony of Punjabi mothers whose sons went abroad for better life opportunities but never returned to their homeland.
For now, we can definitely appreciate the film’s cinematography which once again sets the bar for new age Punjabi filmmakers. The cinematic feel of Challa Mud Ke Nahi Aaya reminds us of Hollywood war movies but being the product of a pure Punjabi like Amarinder Gill, we feel it will be based on emotions and soulful music.
Amrinder Gill, on the other hand, is all set to bring out his expertise in filmmaking, which he has learned over the years after spreading magic with his melodious voice and acting. His directorial debut so far, and that too a period drama… oh… looks like we’re in for a treat.
We are high on expectations and expect it to be high on entertainment and also high on success.
